mulled rum cocktail

Mulled Rum Cocktail

Hands-on time 5 minutes. Cooking time: 30 minutes, plus 5 minutes infusing.

Serves 5

Ingredients

  • 250ml of dark rum
  • 250ml of pre-pepared mulled wine, cold
  • Ice cubes
  • Ginger ale

Method

  • Fill a shaker to halfway with the ice cubes and pour over the dark rum and cold mulled wine (you will have to do this with 100ml of the rum and mulled wine mix, unless you have a bigger bottle that can hold 500ml of both)
  • Seal and shake well for 30 seconds. Pour the contents of the shaker, including the ice, into a tall glass and top up with ginger ale
